Description
Revamil honey wound gel:
Revamil (medical grade) 100% honey wound gel provides a hydrophilic effect, creating a moist wound environment, offering optimal wound healing that inhibits bacterial growth. Revamil wound gel contains anti-microbial properties, and is best suited for the treatment of chronic, acute and infected wounds.
Upon application of the wound gel, Revamil honey accelerates autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue whilst eliminating wound odour, encouraging wound healing. Suitable for all age groups, free from parabens and phthalates.
Indications for use:
- Venous ulcers
- Cavity wounds
- Acute and Chronic wounds
- Diabetic foot ulcers
- Sloughy and necrotic wounds
- Malodourous wounds
- 1st and 2nd degree burns
Contraindications:
- Do not use Revamil gel if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, see IFU for full list of product ingredients
Instructions for use:
- Distribute wound gel evenly over wound surface
- Cover with appropriate secondary dressing
- Maximum wear time 3/4 days, can be applied daily
