Revamil Honey Balm


Revamil Honey Balm is a combination of medical grade honey and natural ointment and therefore has both effective wound-healing and antimicrobial properties. Revamil balm reduces inflammation, prevents maceration and protects against excoriated damaged skin whilst reducing malodour.

This product has been used with great success on dermatological conditions such as atopic eczema, burns and epidermolysis bullosa and is suitable for all areas of the body. It has proven to absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves no residue, reducing the need of a secondary dressing. Revamil honey balm leaves the skin feeling smooth, moisturised and protected.

Revamil balm is a versatile product and suitable for commonly occurring skin conditions and wounds. The honey content within balm kills bacteria commonly found in wounds. As a result it reduces healing time, malodour and improves patient compliance.

How to use:

  • Apply a thin layer of Revamil honey balm to required area, no thicker than a one pound coin.
  • Massage into the region if appropriate and leave to dry.
  • Cover if required however, this is not necessary.
  • Treat area on body, as and when needed.
  • We recommend initially a twice daily application of Revamil ointment.
  • Leave no longer than 48 hours between each application.
